A Private Oasis
Freshie Hideaway is a private oasis located within a ten minute walk from two of the best beaches in Sydney – Freshwater Beach and Curl Curl Beach, and a 30-minute walk to Queenscliff and Manly. The hideaway includes shared access to the private pool for those days when lazing by the pool is more your style than a walk to the beach. A family-run getaway with all the local intel.
The property is a large luxury house consisting of the main house and the self-contained apartment with completely separate entrances and areas. Dining and kitchen area available, plus a deck with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the pool. You will not be impacted in any way by privacy problems from the main house below.
Accommodation and Rooms
Freshie Hideaway sleeps up to 6 guests with one King bedroom, a queen bedroom and a quality queen sofa bed in lounge room. It boasts a full bathroom with separate toilet and has a huge living area with smart TV, dining and kitchen area, available plus a deck with BBQ over-looking the pool.
Freshwater Hideaway is a fabulous place for your stay by the beach. It has everything you could ask for; comfy beds with beautiful linen, free Wifi, Foxtel, Netflix, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Nespresso coffee machine and a gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to cook up a storm. Washing machine and dryer are located unobtrusively in the kitchen.
Freshie Hideaway has its own private access from the main property. It has a short walk to all the great restaurants, beach, bars and pubs in Freshwater and a very good supermarket. It is a very quiet and peaceful sought-after getaway.
Location
You are within a stone’s throw from Freshwater Village and beach, Curl Curl beach and easy access to both Manly Beach and also Dee Why Beach. There are so many places for yummy breakfasts and lunch and everything from the award-winning Pilu Restaurant and Baretta on the beach to the local pub (Harbord Hotel) for great food.
Our local bar “The Stowaway” is a great place to have cocktails and fish tacos. The New Harbord Diggers is just a few minutes’ walk for a selection of fabulous food choices and a great bar with live music.
The kids will also love their play area and on a Sunday they have a children’s farm. If you can’t be bothered going out…then you have a selection of hundreds of Uber Eats in the area. Warringah Mall, the local shopping centre, is easily accessible by bus or walking. Both the beaches have great surf life clubs and patrolled beaches and both have 50-meter rock pools which are great for kids and adults.
If you want access to Sydney City then get the Manly Ferry for the best views of the Harbour straight to Circular Quay, or take the express bus from your doorstep.

Freshie Hideaway is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment above the main residential house. Full kitchen, dining room and living space. It has a private entrance to come and go as guests please

Freshie Hideaway consists of a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen sofa bed in lounge area.
1.5 Baths
One full bathroom including a bath to soak away the travel stress and unwind to travel mode. Separate toilet also available.

We have called Freshwater home for over 23 years, raising our three children in paradise and also our much beloved but now elderly dog Jagger whom you may see from time to time.
We love all that Freshwater has to offer and the Northern Beaches.
